Congratulations Rick!! Happy Easter to you and your family.
I first met Rick when we worked together at American Express. He became known as a smart, practical and ethical leader who was easy to work with. I was so happy to find that Rick was an EF member when I joined shortly after him. Rick, we have all benefited from our relationship with you and the EF owes a debt of gratitude to you. Best of luck in this next phase brother!
Congrats Rick!
What a beautiful example of living a life of generosity, continuous growth, and selfless contribution. Thank you, Rick Routhier!
Congratulations Rick Routhier and thank you for your leadership that has always focused on serving others. The Executive Forum continues to benefit and grow by having you as a leader within the organization. Your recognition is greatly deserved.
Wow! Didn't realize how many things we take for granted in EF (e.g., SIG's) were the result of your leadership of the organization, Rick! And no doubt your fit with the culture at Spencer Stuart--being collegial, client-oriented, and intellectual—reflected the same values you brought with you to EF. To your advice to new EF members I'd add: Not only does contributing more make the organization stronger, but the more you contribute, the more you get out of EF! All the best in this next chapter!
Congrats Rick Routhier. The Exec Forum is a better organization because of your unselfish contributions.
Congratulations Rick Routhier. You have been an exceptional mentor and inspiration to me and many others.

4dI first met Rick at Pepsi in 1991. I was early in my career and 4 levels below him in his National Sales organization. I didn’t know Rick even knew my name, but then he asked me to lead a project and represent the sales team as a host for senior customers at the Grammy awards in NYC. This was the first time I met Rick and ever since he has been a mentor, friend and truly someone I have looked up to my entire career. Rick is always available to pick up the phone and help others. I’m so fortunate to have worked in Rick’s organization and benefit from his wisdom and generosity. I wish you the best in retirement, but know you will be active in the EF. All the best. Jim
