A cross-country move led Vivian Eng toward her first role with Clorox. “I started my career in marketing while I was living in Southern California,” says Vivian. “When I made the decision to relocate to North Carolina to be closer to my family, I always kept an eye on Clorox — I felt incredibly lucky to have a house of brands, and specifically Burt’s Bees, in my own backyard.”  Since joining Clorox in 2020, Vivian has gotten to know and support a number of household brands. Currently a brand manager for Kingsford, she sees the opportunity to rotate from brand to brand as an asset. “Each one brings a unique set of different challenges,” she says. “It takes a while to really ground yourself in the category and truly learn who the consumer is.”    At the end of the day, Vivian views all our jobs about being able to connect with the consumer. “We have to be consumer obsessed,” she says. “It doesn't matter if you're in R&D, or on the production site, or in sales, or in finance. It really is the thing that fuels everything that we do.”  💡 Interested in joining a collaborative and innovative team? Vivian Eng is a rock star!!

Good to know! Execution beats theory. 90% of AI projects fail—not because AI doesn’t work, but because the approach is wrong. At Trusted Data Technologies, we design AI that actually delivers results, not just reports. 👏 What’s the biggest reason AI fails in Industrial Engineering?
