When Kim learned that her friend’s father, Brian, needed a kidney, she felt a calling to help. After undergoing testing, she discovered she was a perfect match—and didn’t hesitate to donate. Meeting Brian and his family only reaffirmed her decision. “My recipient’s family needed their dad, grandpa, husband, and brother, and it was my privilege to do this for another human being,” Kim shared.
