We are excited to share that our formal launch event for The Centre for Public Interest Audit was held this week on Wednesday 19th March 2025 in London. The event brought together senior leaders from government, regulators, business, investors, academics, and the audit profession for an engaging day of forward-thinking discussion. Highlights of the day included an inspiring keynote address on “Growth and Regulation,” from Richard Moriarty (FRC CEO) and a thought-provoking fireside chat on the case for reform, and a timely dynamic panel discussion on the scope and impact of public interest. The event provided a great platform to explore market reforms that support sustainable growth and build trust in capital markets, a core part of our purpose. A big thank you to our Chair, Baroness Ford, and all our speakers and attendees for making this milestone truly memorable. We’re proud to be shaping the future of the audit profession and promoting quality and transparency across capital markets.
