AmCham Cambodia at the 2nd Cambodia-USA Public-Private Sector Dialogue On March 26, AmCham Cambodia, led by President Casey Barnett, CFA, FCCA and six Representatives, participated in the second Cambodia-United States Public-Private Sector Dialogue at the Palais du Gouvernement. Together with the Council for the Development of Cambodia, a delegation from the Royal Government of Cambodia led by H.E. Sun Chanthol, and the U.S. Embassy in Cambodia, represented by Chargé d’Affaires Bridgette Walker, we engaged in productive discussions on enhancing the business climate. President Barnett commended the Royal Government of Cambodia for its tangible progress in improving transparency, regulatory clarity, and digital transformation. AmCham members advocated for key reforms, including greater transparency in judicial decisions, equitable market treatment for U.S. automakers, streamlined import permit processes via the National Single Window, revised rooftop solar policies, and wider adoption of digital signatures. As the voice of U.S. business in Cambodia, AmCham remains committed to ensuring our members’ perspectives are heard at the highest levels. We look forward to continued collaboration in fostering a more open and dynamic business environment.
