Great post! I completely agree that it's never too late to make a change. In fact, change is often necessary for growth and progress. However, it's important to remember that change can be difficult and uncomfortable. It's important to have a plan and support system in place to help navigate through the process. Also, it's important to be open to feedback and willing to adapt as needed. Overall, embracing change can lead to great things both personally and professionally.
