We've spoken with hundreds of hiring managers and recruiters as we've built out Max! What are their top wishes for an AI recruiting partner? ✅ Can it help me find candidates even with nuanced experiences? For example, I need someone who's worked as a Senior ML engineer at Series A or B startups for 5 to 8 years, has some experience managing, and is located in Austin, TX. ✅ How quickly can I set it up and have it begin sourcing? ✅ How does it communicate with candidates? Like a robot or like a human? These are all good questions. Max is great at finding candidates with specific experiences in this example. It can be set up and ready to source in less than an hour, and we've built Max to communicate as naturally as possible with candidates, so it's friendly but direct and straightforward. We're big on transparency so candidates will always know they're communicating with an AI recruiting partner.

Forbes shared a great overview of our recent Tech Hiring Trends report earlier this week, with several important considerations for #engineering leaders as they develop #hiring strategies for 2025 and beyond. One of the biggest changes we're seeing? A significant shift from volume hiring to QUALITY hiring across multiple industries. According to Michael Ruttledge, chief information officer at Citizens: "The past few years have been a unique opportunity for enterprises to bolster our internal engineering teams with the pause in big tech hiring, and we’ve really used that time to elevate the quality of our software organizations."
