Hello, my name is Ayesha Allen and I'm the chief human resources officer at Telhio Credit Union. At Telhio, we are dedicated to creating an inclusive culture where women can grow, innovate, and make a lasting impact through leadership opportunities and our service in the community. It's our goal to ensure that women are able to thrive. Women's History Month is really important to me because I believe we should celebrate the accomplishments of women in our society. When I think of my mother, my grandmothers. Mentors and friends, I know that it's made an impact in my career. All of the things that I've been able to do has been with the support of other women. It really is exciting to see the work we're doing at Ohio because we're able to create that supportive environment for all of our employees, including all the women that are part of our organization. I think it's incredibly important that women continue to support each other in the workplace and beyond. When we have opportunities to celebrate each other and to support each other, it makes a bigger impact. Not just within the women in the workplace, but with everyone that we impact. Our support for each other is what continues our growth and continues our progress. At Ohio, we are dedicated to continuing to support Women's History Month and all the women in our communities. This includes our workforce as well as our members and those that we support to have access to economic resources to support all of our society. We will stay dedicated to this work and continue to move it forward.
