🚨 Judy Faulkner reminds us: "Without proper training, bad habits can take root and hold back your progress for good!" 🌱 "Invest in learning the right techniques from the start to ensure steady growth and success. Don't let shortcuts be your downfall!" 💪✨ #TrainingMatters #GrowthMindset Years ago, EHR training often fell into a one-size-fits-all approach—forcing clinicians with vastly different workflows, from nurses to admissions staff, into the same classroom setting. This approach didn’t just waste time; it planted seeds of frustration and inefficiency. Clinicians were left searching for “the best way” to do their work, only to find gaps in training that didn’t meet their needs. Fast forward to today: the importance of tailored, role-specific, and just-in-time training is clear. Every Epic installation is unique, and training must reflect not only the organization’s workflows but the specific needs of each user. Nurses shouldn’t have to wade through training designed for physicians, and no clinician should be left guessing how to use their tools effectively. That’s where uPerform steps in. By streamlining content creation and delivering personalized training directly at the point of need, uPerform transforms EHR education. The result? Training that’s relevant, timely, and effective—empowering clinicians to master their workflows and organizations to drive better outcomes.
