I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I've had with my recently purchased Tata bus (Registration No. HR55AW7677, Chassis No. MAT813005R5D08733, Engine No. 3.8SGI88DVX805143). Despite being a loyal customer with a fleet of 20 Tata buses, I've encountered numerous issues with this vehicle, requiring paid repairs twice already. Currently, the viscous fan coupler (Electrical Sensors)has failed, and I've taken the vehicle to the Tata workshop for Dealer - TRIUMPH AUTO (CV) PRIVATE LIMITED in Dwarka Sector 28, Bamdoli Delhi. Unfortunately, the workshop employee was uncooperative and harassing. They refused to replace the part under warranty, claiming that the vehicle is no longer covered, despite being only 3-4 months old. I urge you to take immediate action against the workshop employee and address this warranty issue. As a valued customer, I expect a higher level of service and support. If new vehicles are prone to such problems and are not adequately supported, it undermines the credibility of Tata Motors and discourages customers from purchasing their vehicles.
