I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my Nexus car (VIN: [Your Vehicle Identification Number]), purchased on December 12, 2024. Since the purchase, I have faced continuous issour service center, my concerns have been repeatedly ignored. Timeline of Issues: 1. January 4, 2025: I took my car for its first service and reported a specific issue. However, the service team dismissed my concerns, claiming it was a general issue. 2. February 2025: I visited the service center again as the problem persisted. Once more, I was told it was a "limited performance" message and was ignored. 3. March 22, 2025: My car had 40% charge, but after driving just 2 km, it dropped to 1% and became inoperable. I had to get it towed by RSA to your service center. 4. March 22-26, 2025: My car remained at the service center for five da. If my demands are not met, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter legally. I will file a consumer complaint and take necessary legal action to recover my financial losses and damages caused due to your company’s negligence. I expect a written response by end of day today (March 31, 2025) with a clear resolution. I urge you to take this complaint seriously and act immediately.
