At the beginning of March, I had the great pleasure and opportunity to represent Paulig Group at Asia’s largest food fair – Foodex 2025 – together with my colleagues Per Hållander and Jonna Wibelius. With over 80,000 visitors, the fair was a fantastic platform to introduce, for the very first time, Gustav Paulig’s City Coffee range, Robert Paulig Roastery’s Notes of Nature series, and our Taste of Harvest specialty coffee from Costa Rica. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive – the coffee profiles resonated well with the local taste preferences and sparked great interest.
