Jackson Chin was diagnosed with moderate to severe hearing loss in both ears at the age of three and was fitted with his first pair of hearing aids at 7 years old. Inspired by his own Audiologist, he chose to follow the same career path to help others like himself, hear the world better. Audiologists are healthcare professionals who specialise in diagnosing and managing hearing and balance disorders. In his role as a Senior Audiologist, Jackson identifies, assesses, and manages conditions such as hearing loss and balance issues. This includes common conditions, like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV or vertigo) and persistent ringing in ears (tinnitus), etc. Hear from Jackson as he shares his joy and passion for being an Audiologist.
