So I have to carry a baby all the way to K hospital. Exciting experience I would say. Medical social work has no career progression, right? Certainly I think for detoxing we have a career development plan. So from entry level staff, social worker you will be able to progress on to senior right as well as principal level or social worker you will be able to develop skills and knowledge to fulfill the different roles. So at physical level now, I really get exposed to many different kind of work, including things like that, admin OPS, innovation, as well as research to really build that capability and to help in my career development. So we do have a career development, we do have career progression, and it's actually a very rewarding trend. If medical social workers had superpowers, what would yours be? This is correct. I can think of is Elastigirl from Incredibles and I wish I had the power of elastico to actually stretch beyond what I can to help my patients. That is concurrently to to help my supervisees and to do many things at one goal at the same time. OK, what's the weirdest or strangest thing someone had asked you to do? So I recalled there was a case where a mom brought the baby in and. That would be and that and you know that Dundalk saying we don't do pizza base, we don't have the capabilities or the resources. So I have to carry a baby all the way to KKR hospital. Exciting experience. I would say one of my early days at the career. Why social work for me, I've been in healthcare sector for quite a couple of years in various capacity in research administration. Thought of exploring job roles that involve more patient funding and to see how I can use my years of experience. And system knowledge to benefit and make a direct impact to the patients and family here in medical social work. Right now, I'm TV inspired to actually to see how I can bring smiles and hope to our patients and family and to to make sure that they are being well kept. For as you can see, our job goes beyond these common misconceptions. It's about making a real difference to the patients and families through offerings, various forms of support.
