We were delighted to host a very eager and inquisitive group of MBA students from ESSEC Business School for their Product Management Career Lab field trip to Munich. Our Co-founder Johannes Schwarz and Lead Product Manager Dominik Busching spoke to them about how we develop products, how we have built a high-performing organization and culture, and how tado° has evolved from our first prototype to become the European market leader in Smart Thermostats. There was also a special focus on the differences between developing our software vs hardware products, and how they all contribute to tado°’s home energy management solutions.
