This morning, SylverHer came together for our Spring breakfast gathering ☀️ SylverHer is our women’s ERG group and provides a supportive space for the women of Sylvera. Founded in 2023 to provide a platform for mentoring, support, and advocacy for women and non-binary Sylverans, SylverHer hosts impactful events to connect across the company and industry. We get together every few months, and today had the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and have conversations across the business about our careers and personal development.
