Swiggy kindly check and refund my amount

Swiggy has the worst customer service. I want to report that I got really stale food which was spilled in the package. I was kept on hold for 30 mins. I had to call customer support 6 times and every time they keep on hold and never get back. And they ask us to write an email and get back after 24 hours. But nothing happened. I had ordered food value of more than 4000/- and no refund no food replacement whatsoever. Swiggy’s customer service is getting worse by the day.
