In this role, you’ll ensure our barges are crewed with the right offshore personnel while working closely with various teams, agencies, and stakeholders. It’s a dynamic and impactful position where you’ll play a key role in our global offshore operations. 🔹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 ✔ Coordinate crew pre-selection, recruitment, and rotations ✔ Manage training, certifications, and compliance ✔ Collaborate with Rig Managers, agencies, and QHSE teams ✔ Ensure smooth personnel logistics for offshore operations 🔹 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿 ✅ 5+ years of experience in crewing (preferably with Jack-Up expertise) ✅ Strong knowledge of maritime labour laws & international crewing regulations ✅ Fluent in Dutch & English (spoken and written) ✅ Excellent planning & organizational skills 🔹𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗨𝘀? ✔  Be part of a leading international offshore company ✔  Competitive salary & excellent benefits (travel allowance, pension, insurance) ✔  Work at our modern headquarters in Oosterhout (remote options possible) ✔  Enjoy a daily provided lunch with colleagues!
