Building tacit relationships across the business is key as it builds trust and transparency which speeds up transformation. Creating decision making hubs or triangles e.g. a sales, marketing and CS GTM works well but only if everyone is actually 'in' the office. So often I've been in the office with just a handful of people and a day of Zoom calls!
