A quick suggestion to companies leveraging an ATS for their hiring process: If possible, add a time delay your rejection emails so a respectable amount of time has passed from the applicant's submission. A small buffer - call it 24 hours or so - would at least give the impression to candidates that they had a snowball's chance of getting hired. Somehow, getting a turnaround in under 15 minutes isn't making anyone feel like you were paying any attention at all. And if you can't figure out how to set that up, I'm happy to come aboard and figure it out for you 😁.
