For Chef Meghan, bringing people together over food and wine is a passion that drives her creation of both unexpected gourmet meals and classics like a winemaker’s cheeseburger and fries or heritage flatbread. Chef Meghan’s career in the culinary arts has taken her from back of house operations for a Chinese restaurant in San Francisco, to event coordination with Myriad Restaurant Group in New York, to leading cooking classes at Sur La Table in Seattle – all fueling her constant desire to learn, experiment, and grow. Traits we see reflected in new experiences she and her colleagues have recently created for guests like the 5-course Somm's Table food and wine pairing. 🍷 “I love the ability to crush people’s perceptions about wine and food.
