If you look at the makeup of a business, let's say banks or insurance companies or car companies, they're largely made-up of boards of men with men's ownership and driving them. So that says to you that there is no way that they can be truly meeting the needs of half of their customer base, which says that there's a massive market opportunity to sell something to that half that customer base that they're missing. Women would not build the same cars as men. Women wouldn't build the same insurance products. Not better or worse. Just they would serve that customer base. So the only people really well placed to serve that customer base are the people who they are, who understand how they relate to the world. So just ******* invest in them. It's just so obvious. It's like massive market opportunity.
