Did you notice that July has already flown by? 😀 And with it, half the year is gone: six months have passed since the New Year, and there are six months left until the next New Year. Many people feel a sense of excitement as the New Year approaches: it's a wonderful time to set new life goals and finally achieve them in the coming year. Looking back, how would you describe this first half of the year? What went well? And what could be improved? During a coaching session with a department head, while creating an individual development plan, the client exclaimed, "Wow! I've been planning to get additional professional education for five years now. It would advance my career and improve my financial situation." Why is it important to review the results of the months ? 👆 By analyzing different areas of life, we can gain several benefits: 1) Identify what is going well and what needs improvement. 2) Understand which area to focus on next month. 3) Maintain focus and not forget what's important. As a result, self-esteem increases, awareness improves, focus on key goals is maintained, and with each review, there's a growing sense that the year has been well spent. How do you feel about reviewing the results of the month? #monthlyplanner #monthlyreflection #progresscheck #selfimrovement #goalsettings #reflectandgrow #personalgrowth #minthleyreview #careergoals #successjourney #selfawareness #stayfocusedonyourgoals

2025: The Year of Being Present As I step into 2025, I’m taking a page from a friend’s book and dedicating this year to a single, powerful word: Present. Being truly present means immersing myself fully in each moment, experiencing life with all its colors, and fostering deeper connections with those around me. To ensure my year is not just a blur, I break down my goals into an overall theme and then dive deeper into specific areas of my life: career, personal, wellness, creative, financial, relationships, and family. Each of these categories is more attainable by setting three small, actionable goals every quarter. This approach keeps me focused and driven, making my aspirations not just dreams, but realities.

It’s that time of the year again where we are overwhelmed by posts of new year resolutions and sometimes it’s easy to feel like our goals for the year are not big enough or loud enough. Although it’s good to draw inspiration from others, do not let it drown out who YOU really are at your core and what YOU want to achieve. Stay grounded and remember your ‘why’. Let your ‘why’ guide the goals that you set for the year. Make goals that work for YOU, make goals that align with who YOU really are and what you stand for. Master discipline and work relentlessly & meticulously towards your goals, have monthly or quarterly check ins to track your progress. And on the days when you feel a bit lost or discouraged, recenter yourself & remember your ‘why’.

Happy New Year Everyone. Whatever your goals for the year, remember, the most important thing to do is start. Start, then improve as you go. Don't get stuck in the analysis paralysis of the planning stage. Figure out what you need to begin and just start

What’s on your New Year's resolution list? As the Holiday Season passes and the year is winding down, it’s the perfect time to reflect and plan for the New Year ahead. What’s on your list of resolutions for the coming year? Whether you’re focusing on personal growth, professional development, or a mix of both, achieving your goals will require perseverance, drive, and discipline. Here are a few practical ideas to consider for making your goals more attainable and to help you turn your resolutions into reality: 1- Set Realistic and Specific Goals: Instead of vague aspirations like “I want to get fit,” define a clear and achievable goal. For example, “I want to work out for 30 minutes a day, four days a week, consistently, for the next two months.” Every small victory builds confidence and propels you closer to achieving your ultimate vision. 2- Break Goals into Manageable Steps: Big goals can feel daunting, but breaking them down into manageable, step-by-step actions can help you move forward. Achievements, no matter how small, create momentum and steady progress. 3- Find an Accountability Partner: Great achievements rarely happen in isolation. Share your goals with someone you trust—whether a friend, family member, mentor, or coach, find someone who can hold you accountable. Ensure your selection is someone supportive but honest enough to call you out when you’re getting off track. As we step into the New Year, take pride in how far you’ve come and get excited about the possibilities ahead. You have the power to shape your future, one choice, one step, one day at a time. 2025 can be your year to shine. Let’s make it count! What are you most excited to accomplish in the New Year? #LeadershipDevelopmentCoaching #NewYearResolutions #CareerDevelopmentGoals #CoachingServices #LeadershipDevelopment

Happy New Year to you All 🎊 We are here again…..it is 2025. Let’s talk about resolutions Entering each new year with resolutions is not just common; it's an opportunity for growth and self-improvement. If you’ve set resolutions in the past and found them difficult to achieve, don't be discouraged. Sometimes, the key to success lies in understanding why they didn't work and making the necessary adjustments. You would agree with me that new year resolutions are meant to realign our actions and mindset with our goals. But achieving those goals requires more than just setting them…..it’s about periodic evaluations to assess what's working and what isn’t. Often, this step is where we fall short, missing the chance to adjust and recalibrate before it's too late. This year, I've committed to focusing on my growth and development in all areas. What about you? What have you resolved for yourself this year?

There are only a few days until the year ends. Have you reviewed your end-of-year tasks? You have probably already considered what you want to achieve next year. Thinking about it is great, but starting to plan for it is even better. December is a time for celebrating my accomplishments and learning from my failures. It is also a time to figure out what I want to do next year in my businesses, on my blogs, and in my personal life. It is a great time to take a breather and decide what to do in the coming year. The benefits for me to do this now are: It allows me to look at the bigger picture. It guides me in deciding what goals would be reasonable and natural next steps. I like doing this because it does not pressure me when the new year starts. To help you prepare your goals for next year, below are tasks you can do before the year ends to help determine your next steps in January. Do these tasks today for a better-focused new year. Review your current year's goals to decide next year's goals. First, look at the earlier 11 months. Check off the completed goals. Decide what goal or task you want to accomplish from the current year and what you choose to let go of. This part always takes some time. It is understandable if it takes several days to do this. After all, you are #planning a goal for an entire year; it will take a little Click to see the complete post! #sabrinasorganizing https://lnkd.in/ea4mMBH5 #newyearsresolution #Tips #Thoughts #Quotes #Achievingyourgoal

#wednesdaywisdom Ops Journal #24 - Half Year Reflection 😬 As part of every journey, check the map once in a while to ensure you are on the right path. ✅️ I've noted a disturbance in recent weeks both personal life and business. The word, upon deep reflection, I am searching for is restless. 🤔 Things are looking good on the journey thus far, many of the goals laid out at the start of the year have either been achieved or, are well on the way. The business is in growth, life is challenging but manageable and I am surrounded by great talent. 💯 Why so restless? Obstacles, that's why. I note that the feeling of restlessness is borne out of the obstacles that do exist, are capping potential. They may be minor but something must be done, I ponder. 👍 Good books find their way back into your life time and time again. It has been some years since college philosophy, time to re-read The Meditations. 📚 "The mind adapts and converts to its own purposes, the obstacle to our acting. The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way, becomes the way" Meditations Book 5.20 #making #history #together

Choose New Year reflection over New Year's resolutions. 80% of New Year's resolutions fail by February, but that doesn't mean January isn't still a good opportunity to make meaningful progress. The period just before and after a New Year offers a break in my normal routine and creates time to pause, slow down and reflect. This year I used that time to: 🪞 Reflect on last year, the good and the bad. 🔭 Ask myself what I wanted out of the year ahead. 💭 Write down 3 dreams for 2025. 🎬 Come up with a few simple actions I could take to follow my ‘why’ at the start of a new year. No life-changing resolutions, no new me, no pressure. But a chance to remind myself what's important and point myself in the right direction for the year ahead. Do New Years resolutions work for you? Or is there something else you do to start a new year? I'd love to hear, and maybe still some ideas!

Annual goals will fail you. There’s a lack of urgency, a diluted focus and life happens. Use this instead 👇🏾 The 12 Week Year (Newsletter coming soon). Crafting a powerful career vision isn’t just a dream. It’s a blueprint for success. By aligning with your core values, you can sustain action and progress. The “12 Week Year” approach makes it tangible and actionable. Here’s how to create yours: 1️⃣ Reflect deeply on where you want to be in the long term. Think about your professional achievements, personal fulfillment, financial goals, and impact. • What positions do you aspire to hold? • How should your career support your personal life? • What level of income do you aim for? • What legacy do you want to leave? 2️⃣ Next, define your personal and professional goals using the “Have—Do—Be” exercise. Create a vision statement combining your aspirations. Break this vision into a three-year plan with detailed professional and personal visions. 3️⃣ Finally, develop a 12-week plan with specific, actionable goals. Your career vision is now a clear path, not just a distant dream. These 90 day sprints work so much better than annual goals. #CRE #RealEstate #Broker #Goals #Planning
