After 30 years in business, one question I am always asked is: “What makes a great employee?”

Why collaboration? We’re a team, first and foremost, and our success is built on a positive and collaborative work environment. I value emotional intelligence just as much as education and professional background.
Why hungry, humble, and smart? The mantra speaks for itself! Humility, drive, and EQ are incredibly important for great client services and exceptional work.
