Coffee conundrum ... and now for an important question! I normally start my work day with a flat white coffee (yes, I know it's a habit). Today I decided to do something different, and I made a long black (courtesy of an AeroPress). The long black was good coffee - smooth, full of flavour, not bitter, more than adequate active ingredient (based on how I felt after drinking it) - so why did I not enjoy it as much as my normal flat white? What is it that makes the difference in how I experience my morning coffee? To all those coffee advocates in LI land, what are your thoughts? Serious question!
