A recent study by McKinsey found that the average life-span of companies listed in Standard & Poor's 500 was 61 years in 1958. Today, it is less than 18 years, with nearly 50% failing in the first 5 years…jumping to 80% before year 20. Today Property Masters Inc celebrated our 20th year in business (6/14/2004) with a little party @ our HQ!!! 🥳 The rest of the team was there in spirit! There have been many highs and lows, but over the years we have learned how to turn our disappointments into opportunities to improve, and those improvements into wins for our trusted partners & clients. With each year we’ve gotten stronger, smarter, and more determined to surpass the higher goals we set for ourselves. It hasn’t ever been easy, but nothing worth having ever is. 😉 I’m so proud of my amazing team of colleagues and what we’ve built together. My most treasured memories are of my family gathering around a table, sharing stories, enjoying a meal, and each other’s company (for the most part). 😅 Sharing a meal is a wonderful way to foster deep connections with colleagues, friends, and family.
