Following on from my post last week where I highlighted some of the ways that Drake Darcy | Horton International - UK, in partnership with our clients, is transforming the Executive Search market, I am proud to announce that 2024 was another year where we maintained our 100% Delivery Success Record. Before we engage with our clients on new search mandates, we assess our likelihood of success based on our understanding of the brief at that time as well as current workload. It is not in anyone’s interests to take on a search if we can’t deliver or if we are too busy with other instructions. At the core of our business is the commitment to achieve exceptional results for our clients and a “never say die” attitude to deliver on every mandate that we commit to. For me personally, I believe that this stems from my belief in pushing the boundaries and professional standards within my sector as well as having played competitive sports throughout my life. Most of the searches that we undertake are complex with their own nuances and challenges. There are also occasions where the brief might change. It is testament to our agility and determination to succeed to be able to adjust accordingly as well as our experience to advise our clients appropriately. I am equally proud of our track record of delivering where other firms have been unsuccessful which highlights that not all recruitment solutions are the same.
