His journey began at AM Zegers BV, where he worked as a service coordinator involved with various parking systems. This early exposure sparked his interest in the complex interaction between technology and human behavior. In 1994, at the age of 27, he was asked to lead the parking and security division of Zegers after a restart. Later, he held key roles at SKIDATA as Manager of Operations and Sales Manager, playing a significant role in their growth within the Benelux. In 2015, he transitioned to Scheidt & Bachmann as managing director, where he modernized the organization in the Benelux and successfully navigated it through challenging times, including the COVID-19 pandemic. His continuous quest for innovation and improvement eventually led Henk to SpecifAI Parking. As an independent Agent since January, he leverages his entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and deep industry knowledge to maximize the potential of SpecifAI Parking’s manufacturer-independent BI tools.
