To show our appreciation to people and organisations that make a difference every day for our Southern Cross Care community, last night we hosted the Grateful Gathering at Electra House in Adelaide. Our vision is to support members of our community to be Better for life, through services that improve their health, reverse frailty and help them have a better quality of life. But we couldn't deliver on our vision without the people and organisations that support us behind the scenes to provide our services. Thank you to all those who support our Better for life vision!
