Last week, I had the honor of presenting at the Sonepar Junior Committee (SJC) mid-term presentations in Paris! 🚀 The SJC is an incredible program that brings together associates from around the world to develop ideas, collaborate across countries and business functions, and contribute to Sonepar’s strategic ambitions. It's a unique learning experience that accelerates professional growth and builds a strong international network. One of the most memorable moments of my journey so far was meeting colleagues from different parts of the world and sharing our diverse perspectives. This experience not only enriched our project but also strengthened our bond as a team. Being part of this program is truly an honor, and I’m excited for what’s next! As we transition from the research phase to the implementation phase, I look forward to continuing this journey with my fellow SJC members, further developing our project, and piloting our proposals. I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and thankful for my amazing teammates who have made this journey so enriching and enjoyable.
