As part of our Real Estate Transactions course at UCI, my classmates and I had the opportunity to visit an impressive multifamily building development site in the City of Irvine last week, where we gained valuable insights into the complexities of large-scale real estate projects. A special thank you to the team at Snyder Langston for hosting us and providing invaluable perspectives on the construction process. We had the privilege of meeting Ramon Del Toro, STSC Senior Project Superintendent, along with his team, including the Project Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Assistant Superintendent. Ramon and his team did an excellent job explaining the coordination of subcontractors, materials, budgets, and various teams working in unison to construct a 300-unit multifamily building. A heartfelt thank you to Professor Paul Weinberg for organizing this incredible site trip and sharing his extensive expertise in real estate throughout this Spring quarter. I’ve learned so much from this experience and am excited to apply these insights in my future career! #RealEstate #Construction #MultifamilyDevelopment #SnyderLangston #UCI #RealEstateTransactions #Learning #SiteVisit #BSchool #Merage
