"Forecasting isn't just math—it's career currency!" Our Oracle event just delivered game-changing insights to the Sistas In Sales community.
The power of accurate sales forecasting took center stage at our recent event. As Aries Webb-Williams, MBA revealed: "What once felt overwhelming became my competitive advantage, with leadership trusting my numbers to the T."
Thank you Oracle for elevating our community through meaningful conversation. Together, we're equipping sales professionals with the tools for sustainable success.

Blue link. The other thing we have to think about also is. The rigor and accuracy. That we bring to our role as sellers. So think about forecasting. OK. So when our CEO has to come up with a number that she's going to give for Wall Street? That is based on the collective work of every SDR, every seller, everything that is within that pipeline. But also how accurate is that? So if you're saying a deal is going to close, is it really going to close or are you that person's room? People don't actually count for business because you have a history of being unreliable or are you that person who they know is? Fully understanding of every deal that's in the pipeline and they can count on it if you say a deal that's coming in, right. I think one of the things people have to be real with themselves about is where do I fit on that spectrum? Because you can be a seller who has deals come in every now and deal everyone enough to keep your job, but if you are not consistent and have predictable revenue consistently, it is unlikely that you're going to go on your career. Umm, I would say that was the best thing I learned. I got with my mentor at work when I started my first sales role, she was specific about forecasting. Like she had a whole little thing that she did to make sure everything was in line and it when I first saw it and she was trying to teach it to me. I'm like, this feels so complicated to me, like trying to understand it coming from not being in sales, right? And then learning this when I've got it down. When I tell you I was like. They were like Aries. Can forecast herself to the T like. I knew how to measure like.
