A moment of success for me was realizing the possibilities SAP Signavio offers to perfectly support our production process and order fulfillment. Piller is a medium-sized family business. We develop custom-made blowers. In recent years, there has been a substantial need for consolidation. This raised the question of how to position ourselves in the ERP segment for the future. The SAP implementation forms the basis for further internationalization. It serves as the backbone for all our company processes. Our SAP Signavio strategy consists of two parts. The first part is gaining quick insights with Signavio Process Insights and further standardizing our S/4HANA on-premise system while making it cloud-ready. The second phase is to map this into a process landscape using the SAP Signavio Process Editor, then execute the move to the public cloud, where we are already gaining experience through rollouts in our branches. Prior to implementation, we lacked a clear overview of process flows. Our main process is the lead-to-cash process, from a customer��������s order to payment. Optimized workflows for your business. Specifically, we were able to improve lead times and data quality. We also analyzed the diversity of transactions. This allowed us to streamline processes. This means we now have more time for critical tasks, focusing on working with numbers, rather than for numbers. One notable advantage for us was the integration between LeanIX and SAP Cloud ALM. This enabled us to rapidly discover our system landscape with minimal manual effort. I am convinced that Piller will continue to grow steadily in the coming years, and we are already laying the foundation for this with our system landscape.
