I couldn’t be prouder of what we accomplished. From starting the production of #ReAnimal —a groundbreaking co-op horror game I’m confident will touch hearts worldwide—to transforming Tarsier’s culture and workflows, I’ve witnessed the power of collaboration and creativity. Over a decade in the industry, including founding Talawa Games and Peppy Pals, has shaped how I build teams that thrive on well-being, efficiency, and innovation. A huge thank you to everyone at Tarsier Studios who helped me grow along the way.
