It was an incredible opportunity to engage and upskill over 20 managers across multiple European Business Units. Together with Nicholas Stylianakis, Roberto Quaglia, and Richard Barber, we delivered a tailored SiA methodology that empowered these managers to think strategically and plan with precision.
