Governance. I have witnessed two scenarios recently where the governance of an organization was corrupted by bad faith actors. One is a provincial entity and the other is a national charitable foundation. In both instances the ego and desire for control and power are ruining the great work that had been achieved by the previous leadership and will potentially tarnish the brand of these good organizations.
