What if you could channel a passion for art into a powerful tool for change? 🎨🌍 We’re sharing ESCP alumna Jo Bautista's inspiring journey in a new film produced for ESCP by BBC StoryWorks and presented by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). The film is part of the larger #LeaderGeneration series, which showcases how business schools can play a key role in addressing the world’s most pressing #economic, #social, and #environmental challenges through responsible leadership. 🌱 In the film The art of values-based leadership, Jo Bautista shares how she turned her passion for painting into SendToGive, a social enterprise using art to support communities, particularly in her native country, the Philippines. 🎨🤝 Jo’s journey at ESCP, and as part of the MSc in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, helped shape her future aspirations. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she co-founded SendToGive with fellow ESCP classmates, supported by ESCP professors, including Prof. Florian Lüdeke-Freund, who is also featured in the film. As he says in the film, “Leadership is not about telling people top-down what to do.
