What makes Sager unique versus other companies is really our history. We've been entertaining the world and developing games now for 63 years. We have iconic IP's such as Sonic the Hedgehog and Yakuza, Persona, Football Manager and Total War brands. We've also added Angry Birds to part of our portfolio and recently we've had great success with our Sonic movies. We have a culture where we work hard, but we play hard as well. We're a progressive company, so we want to give people an environment that they can come into that they find is a creative environment and allows collaboration, which is really important for us as well. We wanted this space to feel like it was a gaming company space. We have a couple gaming stations around the building. I mean we even have a foosball table, a dart station. We even have a massage chair room that is really popular that employees love to use or relaxation room, which is a confined space with two very top of the line massage chairs. To like 20 minute sessions and even shoot out aromatherapy. So it's like a very Zen kind of room. Everyday I'm here in the office, I will use the Kinetic Fitness facility. It's very well equipped. You don't really see two barbells setups in this type of facility. So I'm very happy with that setup. We get to work in a really amazing environment during lunchtime, you know, I can get my friends, we'll see it outside the Cafe. I definitely feel like I'm with my people, you know, being with other fellow gamers like me who are have a huge passion for what they get to work. We have a very open and diverse culture. We have people from all over the country, the world. I feel that many of our amazing games and our rich history comes from collaboration and teamwork.
