Over the past weekend, we celebrated World Water Day. As we approach the 2030 agenda for SDG 6: clean water and sanitation for all, we acknowledge the importance of freshwater and the sustainable management of freshwater resources. This year’s theme focuses on glacier preservation. With growing global temperatures, glaciers are melting faster than ever and making the water cycle more unpredictable. As the rapidly melting glaciers put countless communities and ecosystem at risk of devastation, we must advocate for action on the global water and climate change crisis. #WorldWaterDay #Sustainability #UofT #UTSC #UTM
