Today is World Autism Awareness Day. We dedicate this day to highlighting the importance of shaping policies that nurtures innovation that enables accessibility and equality across sectors to support neurodiversity. Now more than ever, it is important to continue promoting the realization of human rights and freedoms for autistic individuals, fostering a world that is equipped with opportunities for them to thrive and reach their full potential. This year’s theme focuses on the intersection of neurodiversity and the SDGs. To achieve the SDGs is to be able to effectively implement inclusive policies and practices that can drive positive change for the autistic community worldwide.
