Over the past 1.5 years, we've been on a remarkable journey with StaySeat, learning invaluable lessons along the way. As we've navigated the market, we've encountered a few key insights: - A subscription-based business model with hardware demands meticulous monitoring to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and flawless performance of our cushions. - Our early production runs had "growing pains," resulting in considerable time spent on customer service and repairs. - Our flexible rental periods, where restaurants keep the cushions year-round, made it challenging to track their usage during off-peak times. To maintain our high standard of service, we've often been physically present to check in on our customers, ensuring everything is in perfect order. Imagine the chaos of trying to do this across all of Europe with frequent physical visits! 😅 This is why we're now developing the world's first intelligent heated cushion. Our new version of the seat will allow us to provide even better service by constantly monitoring cushion performance and proactively addressing any issues. This data-centric approach will also drive our future product development. 🚀 Additionally, we believe occupancy rate data can be a game-changer for restaurants, helping them maximize outdoor seating utilization. And just last week, we were recognized by OMR, as a Leader in e-commerce personalization for the 3rd quarter in a row. You may however meet me in several other countries in Europe, North America, or Asia during one of my many conference attendances.   3.           What specific projects or initiatives have you been involved in recently?  My current focus is to finalize binding feedstock supply agreements for our Guben converter, which will be an important step forward towards FID.  4.           What makes RCK a great place to work at?  RCK’s business is truly global, and our team is highly motivated to jointly achieve our vision. What are these 3 Colleagues so excited about? This picture captures the moment right after leaving a meeting with one of our longstanding partners - it could easily symbolize a new deal or extended collaboration. But there was much more to that moment... These beaming faces reflect the joy of our customer's response to the final prototype of a solution our company worked on for last 6 month within one of our categories. A project that many people worked on in California and has been received in such overwhelming positive way yesterday. It all started with a challenge that we were eager to respond and seeing the result today we can't wait to bring this experience to store, we believe this will have the same impact as our renowned Screen Force pro applicator. https://lnkd.in/eWVzQV57 Reflecting on this journey nothing is more fulfilling than working alongside other disciplines and customers, no longer are salesman solitary figures. Also the voice of customers and consumers are imperative in the conversation. My key takeaways: #1 Industrial Design: Having inhouse capabilities and expertise allows us to bring an idea to concept and launching a solution exceeding expectation. Having our own VP of design Oliver Seil deeply involved and engaging with our customers has been incredible in the process, resulting in a product design and functionality that perfectly reflects the number of details we discussed, Sales can be art but the level of creativity & craftmanship our design team has brought is pure expression! #2 Product Management: They form the bridge between sales and customer feedback and insuring we develop product that meet market needs while meeting companies objectives, thx. for the support guys. #3 Collaboration: We're grateful for our partners who engaged in this project and allowing meaningful conversations, providing invaluable insights that led to superior outcomes.
