3dYou remain committed to a ignoring your customers. I’ve been trying to get a human being to talk to me for weeks, and the only option you have for your customers is to deal with an automated system that does not put you in touch with a human, and also doesn’t cover 80% of the reasons customers would be calling, so essentially the “customer service” line doesn’t serve anyone except Edison in blocking customers from talking to anyone. 👎🏻👎🏻
