REFORMING THE HOMELESS SYSTEM – A big shout out to City of Manhattan Beach Council member Joe Franklin for joining me at the County of Los Angeles offices to advocate for a smaller, more nimble county bureaucracy to address homelessness, and for distribution of more resources back to our communities to support local solutions. Meanwhile our teams were hard at work to bring Functional Zero Street Homelessness to City Of Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach. We are still in the data collection phase.
