This year at SatSure, we celebrated Women's Day with heartfelt gestures and thought-provoking conversations. Every woman was surprised with a letter of appreciation from colleagues, accompanied by a magnificent artwork by Uphar .—a tribute to their contributions. Aligning with the International Women’s Day Theme 🎯 "#AccelerateAction" The theme for 2025 emphasizes the urgency of achieving gender equality. It calls for swift and decisive actions to address systemic barriers and biases, ensuring that progress is not just recognized but accelerated. 💜 This year we also introduced a gender-neutral initiative, 🗣️ ‘Open Dialogue’—an informal discussion within SatSure, moderated by Sandeep RAMANATH (KaleidEO) and Yukta Joshi (#SatSure), featuring speakers across genders, functions, and levels—truly reflecting diverse perspectives. 💜 A special thanks to our panelists Divya Sharma, Shriya Vij, Parth Sharma, Netravati B. Karnawadi, Apoorva Srinivas K and Chaya Devi, who shared thier perspectives and actions need to be taken to accelerate financial decision making for women. 💜 Of course, no celebration is ever complete without some fun! An engaging quiz segment hosted by Puspa Sharma added energy and excitement to the celebration.
