Thailand and Switzerland have been selected as pilot countries for transitioning the HRIS from People Asia (PA) to the Workday system as part of the next chapter in HR digital transformation. This transformation is evolving from a global design process to a localized approach. We were honored to welcome the Chorus team from the Global Project team, led by Mr. Alban Bureau, VP Group Total Rewards, and Ms. Fanny Lemay, Global HRIS Project Director, alongside the APAC HR team, led by Ms. Yvonne Yang, APAC VP-HR, and the Thailand Country HR team. Their collaboration during the localized workshop from March 24-27, 2025, at Saint-Gobain Thailand, was instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
