A new start in the city of dreams, in the company that inspires! It’s been exciting two weeks since I joined Ecomma and all these days I have had a big question in my head: “How to put into words all the things, emotions and feelings from working here into one post and share at least 20% of my excitement?” I see people on LinkedIn share a lot about their responsibilities, designations, professional facts, but for me the workplace has always meant much more than that. When I was deciding, which company I want to work for, I had 3 major criteria. The company of my dream would: 1. Add a big value to all stakeholders: when you feel proud that each step you make as a team, makes people’s life better; 2. Aim for the stars: when you have ambitious goals and progress exponentially together every day 3. Grow the champions: when you work in an atmosphere, where everyone is heard, understood, disciplined and motivated to overachieve expectations. And while Ecomma ticks all 3 boxes and many many other (stay tuned, I will keep revealing the boxes gradually:), I am sincerely grateful to Bawar Ahmad and Wieger Sietsma for giving me this opportunity to join this fast-growing and successful company!
