As part our growth strategy we have reached an agreement to acquire ERIKS UK & Ireland. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and we expect it to complete within the calendar year, once these approvals have been obtained. ERIKS UK & Ireland is a well-recognised and respected industrial distributor with a specialist flow technology offer, including hoses, valves, sealing and gaskets, as well as associated technical services such as customisation and repair. This complementary acquisition brings together two multi-specialists, offering a broad range of products and services, while extending our offer in flow technology.

Will be interesting to see if past mistakes are not repeated. I’m sure I have an oring catalog with BSL and ERIKS shown as one on the front cover! Was written all those years ago that these two business will become one.
