Success at Roth&Co | Moshe (Marc) Gelbtuch, CPA, CFF’s story:   “The accounting field was attractive to me because I perceived it to be a stable profession. Over time, as clients at Roth&Co faced new challenges and needed expanded services, I saw an opportunity to grow alongside them. I discovered areas where we, as a firm, could provide more value—whether through strategic guidance or specialized solutions. Eventually, after spearheading numerous new client services, I founded Roth&Co’s Advisory Department.   To me, success means being able to fuel your clients’ growth and your own growth simultaneously. It means caring deeply about the clients you work with, and the firm you work for.   My advice to those starting out, is not to get discouraged by the slow and steady growth process.
