I could go on about this topic for awhile! I truly believe that great output requires equally great input. We work in a creative industry, and you just can't measure quality production by someone being at their desk for X hours a day. I tell my employees I don't want all their hours, I want their best working hours. When their mind is in gear. When they are tuned in to the work. So how do we get there?
