Time has passed swiftly, month of early June marks the end of my four- plus year tenure with the Silent-Aire family. It's been a journey through various departments that has left a lasting impact on me. I'm grateful for the guidance and support of my mentors throughout this time.
I initially thought moving from one team to another would be straightforward, but I now realize that leaving behind supportive team members is always challenging. The unconditional support and care I received from my team were invaluable. A great leader guides their team with trust, avoiding micromanagement, which has been crucial to my success. I will deeply miss the amazing team I've built, but I am confident that we will all continue to grow and thrive.
I confidently endorse Silent-Aire to anyone in my network seeking employment. It's a fantastic organization that provides ample opportunities for career advancement. The merger with Johnson Controls has brought additional benefits, enhancing work-life balance and overall satisfaction.
During my time with the organization, I had the privilege of meeting many exceptional individuals who played a crucial role in the company's success. Together with this remarkable team, I successfully led various capital projects, particularly in welding. We implemented three advanced structural robotic weld cells with five stations, and our pipe welding facility boasts cutting-edge robotic technology. Additionally, we modernized the entire structural fabrication shop using lean principles and introduced innovative laser technology for structural fabrication processing—a first of its kind in Canada. These significant investments demonstrate our ongoing commitment to automation. I'm confident that we'll continue to embark on exciting automation projects already in development.
I'm transitioning internally within the Johnson Controls family, ensuring I remain part of this organization. The future is unpredictable, but I've experienced firsthand how Johnson Controls values its people and fosters professional development—I'm a testament to that. It's a promising opportunity with fantastic leadership and team members, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the new challenge and exciting opportunities ahead.
Sharing a few photos from the farewell party and the touching gifts I received will hold a special place in my heart, will miss a bunch of wonderful people and team. ❤️❤️❤️
